Controlled airspace (inside "Air Sport Area"), permission from Bodø Control Tower required. (75521190) Start from the road at the top of Keiservarden. Rocks behind, be cautious not to be dragged in strong wind. You have to cross a possibly turbulent area to reach the soaring ridge, keep towards the right (northern) part of the ridge until out of the rotor area from the ridge. Landing normally by the club house at Løp, alternative landing on small football field and open area adjacent to this under the northern part of the ridge.
Warning! on south/west this start can be quite dangerous, rotor and turbulent air on the shout side of start and towards the cliff. Contact a local pilot for futher information.
